Day#17 of the 30-Day Vegan Journey

Howdy vegan folks! We’re over the hump of this 30-day vegan journey and on to another vegan Thursday. You don’t have to tell me how you feel after today’s workout. I’m sure I’ll hear about it in my inbox tomorrow. Ha! Don’t quit! Your body is appreciating every moment of this journey and will demonstrate it beautifully when you try on those pair of jeans you’ve hidden in the never again section of your closet. To be frank, besides eating a balanced and healthy diet, there’s no other way to keep your body in tip-top shape except to exercise it frequently.

Day#15 of the 30-Day Vegan Journey

  Vegan pals, howdy! How manic was your Monday? Not so awful you took a plunge into a bag of potatoes fried in beef fat I hope. Be careful with those fast food french fries. The oils most of these establishments fry in are suspect. A recipe for vegan fries may pop up during this 30-day vegan journey. In the meantime, bake them yourself. That’s the healthier method. If you prefer them fried, choose a healthy oil to do so. Although argued against, I prefer olive oil. I’m not the only one either.
