This 30-day vegan journey is twenty-four hours short of concluding. How bittersweet! I’m sitting here reminiscing on day one and reflecting on how awkward it felt that morning not following my usual routine of setting a few eggs to boil while flipping a few flapjacks in the pan. Excitement is in the air! We have just two days remaining in this 30-day vegan journey. I’d start it all over again. Actually, a couple of days ago I hinted as to whether I’d continue beyond the 30 days in this journey. I’ve made a decision. I will. Howdy vegan folks! We’re over the hump of this 30-day vegan journey and on to another vegan Thursday. You don’t have to tell me how you feel after today’s workout. I’m sure I’ll hear about it in my inbox tomorrow. Ha! Don’t quit! Your body is appreciating every moment of this journey and will demonstrate it beautifully when you try on those pair of jeans you’ve hidden in the never again section of your closet.
