Evening all! It’s time to use the “E” word. That’s right, exercise! I’ve purposely refrained from discussing it until we reached the half way point of this 30-day vegan journey. For some of us this new journey is like culture shock, but to body. Depriving your body of meat products is trauma enough. But to add the omission of dairy to the struggle is down right disturbing.
