Day#26 of the 30-Day Vegan Journey

There are four days and counting remaining in this 30-day vegan journey vegan friends. The journey is almost complete and this experience has been undeniably refreshing. Admittedly, the anxiety to weigh myself is nearly consuming me.  However, I’ll allow patience its perfect process the next four days. Let’s get down to business.


 NO-GYM BODYWEIGHT EXERCISE: NOVICE CIRCUIT TRAINING VIA-Mark Lauren

A great example of interval training: Complete each exercise for as many reps as you can within 60 secs followed by a 30 sec rest, then move on to the next move. Do the circuit 3-4 times for a fantastic fat-burning workout.

Grandma’s Vegan Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Organic Corn
  • 1/2 cup Organic Green Peas
  • 1 cup diced Organic Carrots
  • 1 cup chopped Organic Onion
  • 1/4 Bunch  Parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped Un-Chicken
  • 2 1/2 Vegetable Bullion Cubes
  • 100 grams Vegan Margarine
  • 3 cups Water

Salt  & Pepper to Taste
